Partner Terms

Read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Please raise any queries by emailing or calling 01206 237214 before submitting your application form. Submission of an application form is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Local Rider Rewards promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to any active Deliveroo rider (“Riders“).
  2. The Promotion will launch on 27th June 2018. Giving Riders the chance to enjoy offers and discounts (“Offer(s)“) offered by Partners at local venues across the UK and Ireland.
  3. Participating Partners (“Partners“) must choose to provide an exclusive Offer to Riders worth at least 20% off unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter.
  4. The offer must be exclusive to the Promotion for at a least 12 months from the date that the Partner’s Offer goes live. If the Promotion closes early, the Promoter will notify the Partner in writing. Partners retain the right offer alternative offers to other consumers.
  5. Partners will ensure that the Offer is available 12 calendar months following the date that the Partner’s Offer goes live. If a Partner makes an Offer unavailable earlier than that date, they must tell Carlana Marketing at the earliest opportunity.
  6. Partners must provide their Offer to Riders between 11am and 11pm. Except where opening hours differ or specified exclusions which must be provided upon Application. Partners may restrict Offers on certain days if mentioned on the Application before publication of the Offer on (“Website“). If the Promoter considers that Partners have restricted the redemptions of the offer for an excessive proportion of their standard opening hours, the Partner may be removed from the Promotion.
  7. Venues must specify upon Application if Riders are required to pre-book.
  8. Riders must register online at to search for Partners and venues via offer and location. Riders will not be able to access this offer anywhere other than this website.
  9. Once logged in Riders can claim an online voucher from To redeem, the Rider must show the voucher to the Partner at a participating venue on their phone.
  10. Partners must honour the offer to all those who present a valid digital voucher. Except on restricted days stated upon Application. Partners may amend or restrict an Offer by contacting the Promoter by email or telephone.
  11. If your venue is full at time of booking you must make every reasonable attempt to offer an alternative time or date.
  12. There are no cash alternatives available.
  13. It is the responsibility of the Partner to ensure that all staff members at participating venues are fully briefed on the mechanics of the Promotion.
  14. A full list of participating venues, will be available at for the period of the Offer. Partners acknowledge that details of all participating venues will be available online. The Promotion will be advertised on the, the ‘Roo Community – Deliveroo Riders’ Facebook page and within ‘Roosletter’ emails. It may also be promoted via selected third party platforms which Deliveroo works with.
  15. All details, images and descriptions must be supplied by Partners; it is your responsibility to ensure that all details supplied are correct and clear. Deliveroo and/or Carlana Marketing cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or missing information.
  16. It is the Partner’s responsibility to inform the Promoter of any changes to their address, telephone or email address over the duration of participation.
  17. The Partner must provide a customer telephone number where Riders can call to receive details of the venue, location, availability, and any other reasonable inquiry.
  18. Partners must notify the Promoter on the Application of any restrictions for example; age, height, health, products etc.
  19. Your contract will be with the Rider and comes into effect when a payment is made. Regretfully the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third party products or services.
  20. All Partners and participating venues must enter into the spirit of the promotion and refrain from bringing Deliveroo and/or Carlana Marketing into disrepute. Where we receive complaints from Riders, and the Partner is unable to provide a satisfactory explanation, then that venue may be excluded from participating in all future promotions.
  21. Each Partner may make the Offer subject to their own Terms and Conditions as long as those terms are in-line with the Partner Terms and Conditions.
  22. Deliveroo and/or Carlana Marketing reserve the right to investigate queries involving possible abuse or misinterpretations of the stated offer. If Deliveroo and/or Carlana Marketing receive complaints from Riders, the Venue will promptly respond to any queries from Deliveroo and/Carlana Marketing about that complaint. A member of a venue’s management must make themselves available to answer any queries, where Deliveroo and/or Carlana Marketing reasonably considers that complaints have been unsatisfactorily resolved.
  23. Partners agree to indemnify Deliveroo and Carlana Marketing in full against all liabilities, damages, claims, demands, legal costs and expenses arising from or in connection with or as a consequence of an act of omission by the Partner, its employees or any third parties arising from a breach of the Terms and Conditions of the Offer.
  24. Venues will ensure that they maintain adequate insurance to cover injuries which may occur on their premises during any riders visit.
  25. Your completed Application is proof of your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  26. Once your participation is accepted, if you wish to withdraw from the Promotion you must inform the Promoter in writing, providing at least 14 days notice prior to the date that you wish to withdraw from.
  27. Deliveroo and/or Carlana Marketing has the right to accept or reject the Partner’s inclusion in the Promotion at its discretion. Carlana Marketing will inform Partners if they have been accepted or rejected. In the event that a Partner’s application is not accepted, the Carlana Marketing will provide a reasonable explanation for refusing the application.
  28. Venues will be subject to telephone interviews as part of their Application process and must provide a contact name and number upon Application.
  29. Your personal data will be held in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation currently in force. To view the Privacy Policy visit: The Promoter will keep your details on file for no longer than is necessary and in any event no longer 12 months after a Partner’s Offer ending.
  30. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. The Promoter reserves the right to end or change any aspect of the promotion without notice.
  31. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  32. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
  33. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
